Day 4 was a bit more rainy then the others. At least the sun peeked out a little on all the previous day's. We made the best of it at Kylemoore Abbey though and there was a little inside time. It was both a castle and Abbey and was built in 1867. The owners fell in love with the landscape on their honeymoon and when they inherited a bunch if money a few years later decided to move there and build a castle. I can see why they fell in love with the scenery there. It's nothing like I've ever seen before. The mountains ( part of Connemara Natiinal Park) are breathtaking and so different then any other mountains I've ever seen. in the way back we took a scenic road called Sky Road Clifden which on a nice day would have been very beautiful.
